MEET THE TEAM
Sam & Diane
SAM PISCITELLO AND DIANE GONDA
Sam and his wife Diane are the owner/operators of Aqua Action Dive and Watersport Center and Splash! Caribbean Boutique.

He holds a USCG (United States Coast Guard) 100-ton Master's License, a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Cleveland State University and a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University with an emphasis in Networking. .
Diane is an SDI/TDI Divemaster and PADI Assistant Instructor. She is also an attorney and owned her own law firm in Cleveland, Ohio before moving to St. Thomas. She specialized in Domestic Relations and Constitutional Law, so when diving with Diane, you'll ALWAYS have a shark in the water!!! She finally got tired of the stress of the courtroom and pressed the "escape" button on her computer and ended up in St.Thomas with Sam. She and Sam have never regretted the move for a moment.
Training/Marketing Manager/Head PADI Instructor
Courtnie was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. Teaching/instructing has always been a passion of hers as a personal trainer and fitness instructor, teaching SCUBA fell right into line with those passions. She has lived in St. Thomas since 2015 and is very proud to call the Caribbean home. Eagle rays and sea horses are her favorite sea creatures and her dog Deco is her favorite land creature. If you see something obnoxiously bright pink under the sea, do not fear its probably just her! When not underwater, you can find her relaxing on a beach or traveling.
DHANIBUOY CHISHOLM (RODERICK)
Rod, call sign DhaniBuoy was born in Iserlohn, Germany and raised in Westville, Nova Scotia, Canada. From his first breath underwater, DhaniBuoy’s Aqua transformation began. With a strong technical background and exceptional dive training from his mentor, Courtnie, combined with passion and hospitality, DB loves completing the underwater experience.
With ties to NS, MA, NC, TX, and WA, DhaniBuoy has lived in St. Thomas since 2019 and has fell in love with Caribbean life. Favorite sea creatures include but are not limited to Reef Sharks, Eagle Rays, and turtles. Ask Dhani about his fear of Lionfish, it’s a good laugh.
When on dry land, aka “shore leave” you may find him hanging with mates, engaged in social activities, beaching it, or just “proceeding with the procedure”.
Come dive with me.
